• Enrolment, Payments & Refunds: Student registration, fee payments, local taxation, billing processing, and refund requests are governed exclusively by the relevant platform's Terms of Service and refund policies. Sthitha does not collect or process credit card credentials through this website.
• License to Course Materials: Enrolment in a Sthitha Academy course grants a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational video streams and accompanying exercises for personal learning. Unauthorized reproduction, public broadcasting, screen recording, torrenting, or commercial redistribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sthitha Quantum Innovations Pvt Ltd regarding the use of this website.
